SHIPPING & RETURNS
All our products are meticulously made by hand in small batches for freshness, maximum potency, and efficacy in Singapore. Your package will be shipped from Singapore within 1-3 business days after your order confirmation. We cannot be responsible should there be any delays caused by the courier company or due to any reason beyond our control.
SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE
Free shipping for Singapore orders over S$40. A flat shipping fee of S$3.50 for orders under S$40. Delivery will usually take about 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders with product(s) total of over S$250 ship FREE. International packages with the product(s) total under S$250 ship with a S$45 flat rate. If we do not ship to your country, we will let you know.
CUSTOM CHARGES & INTERNATIONAL TAXES
International deliveries outside Singapore may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT and customs duties which are to be paid by the Customer. Please check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be made within 7 days after delivery of your shipment. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the expiration of the 7 days period. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, and/or on used products due to the complexity and diversity of people’s skin conditions and needs. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it. The only exception eligible for the return requirement is for damaged or defective items. Please send an email to hello@miseico.com with a detailed email accompanied by a photograph of the damaged or defective item and a receipt/proof of purchase from our website (www.miseico.com).
Customers are required to pay the shipping fee when returning any item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return the item(s) to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If a refund is approved, you will be refunded within 7 business days through the same payment method you used to make the transaction. However, please do allow a longer time due to transfers between payment systems.
WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & PRIVATE SESSIONS
All purchases for workshops, events, classes, private sessions, and experiential offerings (collectively referred to as “Events”) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind, inability to attend, personal scheduling conflicts, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Rescheduling (Workshops & Repeat Sessions)
Requests to reschedule workshops or repeat sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability, and must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled session date. Approved rescheduling is limited to one time only, and any rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original booking date. No rescheduling will be permitted within 14 days of the scheduled session date.
One-Off or Limited-Run Events
For one-off events, limited-run experiences, or events with a fixed date and capacity, rescheduling is not possible and bookings are strictly non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a one-off event, the booking will be forfeited.
Changes or Cancellations by MISEICO
In the unlikely event that an Event is cancelled or rescheduled by MISEICO due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to minimum participant requirements, instructor availability, venue issues, or force majeure, customers will be offered the option to transfer the booking to a rescheduled date or an alternative Event of equal value. MISEICO shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by customers as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.
Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to attend the Event. Please inform our team or trainer of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to or during the session. MISEICO reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for the participant.

By completing a booking for any Workshop or Event, you acknowledge and agree to the above Workshops, Events & Private Sessions Terms.
