We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes of the destination country.

We recommend that you review your own country’s local import policies prior to ordering, to avoid any delay in customs, holds, taxes, or fees, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order, with your order number. We will typically process and ship your order within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to assist.
To be eligible for a return, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 7 days of your original order shipment date. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer covers return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return,, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
When you return a product or products, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
