As October unfolded, designated as Emotional Wellness Month, our focus intensified on promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness, emphasising not only physical well-being but also mental and spiritual nourishment.

A significant aspect of MISEICO's commitment during this conference was raising awareness about the initiative by She Brilliance, where 20% of conference profits are allocated to support the She Brilliance Academy. This initiative aims to assist underprivileged women on their back-to-work journey by providing training in basic entry-level technological and administrative skills. Our goal is to empower these women to become Personal/Executive Assistants, offering valuable part-time and remote assistance to various industries. This initiative not only addresses the skills gap but also embraces flexible work hours, allowing women to transcend traditional roles.
In collaboration with local non-profit women communities, MISEICO seeks to contribute to the transformation of women's lives beyond retail work. We are enthusiastic about embracing empowerment and inspiration at the She Brilliance 2nd Anniversary Conference, fostering a day of connection and conversation.
